The first step is to have a chat about what you’re looking for. Sarah will visit you at your home or office, ideally where the work is destined to be placed so that she can fully understand the demands and aesthetic of the environment. This initial consultation will cover your likes and dislikes, the particular setting for the required artwork and of course your budget, along with any extra requirements you may have concerning the work.
Armed with this brief, Sarah will draw on our extensive portfolio of artists to prepare a presentation of suggested artworks in an easy to browse format, with information including artistic medium, dimensions, price, framing options and any delivery costs, as well as artists’ biographical details. After a follow-up discussion, you may wish to accompany us to a particular artist’s studio to get a sense of the physical presence of the work before buying, as well as to understand the genesis of the work more fully. In most cases we can also arrange for you to view selected works in your own home.
We’ll also take care of any extras that may be necessary such as framing and insurance, and then arrange for the work, complete with a certificate of authenticity, to be delivered at a time that suits you. Most pieces will be easy to install but we can advise on this too as necessary, and in more complex cases our team of experts will take care of the job. We’re also available after the sale to discuss any follow up queries you may have and our 7-day returns policy means that you can have complete peace of mind from start to finish. Our mission is to support you every step of the way and to provide you with a work of art you’ll enjoy for years to come.
